What the NSPA is and what it does
The NSPA was created in 2012 when several NATO support agencies were merged. It is headquartered in Luxembourg and has major sites in France, Italy, Hungary and Poland.
The NSPA handles procurement, logistics, maintenance and life-cycle support for NATO and often for member and partner nations too. It buys fuel, ammunition, spare parts, vehicles, protective equipment and a wide range of services, and it maintains and repairs NATO equipment across Europe.
