Salpa AI is the service governed by these terms. By using the service you accept these terms.
Description of the service
Salpa AI collects procurement notices from public NATO sources, classifies them, produces summaries of them and delivers alerts to the user according to the selected criteria. The service is an information and monitoring tool.
Nature of the data and limitation of liability
The content of the service is based on public sources and automated processing. We do not guarantee that the information is accurate, up to date or complete, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the service. It is the user's responsibility to verify the information from the original source.
The service is provided "as is". Salpa AI is not liable for indirect damages, and liability is in all cases limited to the amount the user has paid for the service for the current billing period.
User obligations
The user undertakes to provide accurate information, to keep their login credentials secure and to use the service in accordance with the law and these terms. Systematically copying or forwarding the content of the service to third parties without permission is prohibited.
Subscription, billing and termination
A paid subscription is billed according to the selected subscription period. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, in which case it ends at the close of the current billing period. Payments already made are not refunded mid-period unless mandatory law requires otherwise. We announce price changes in advance.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may develop, change or discontinue the service or parts of it. We will inform users of material changes.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are primarily settled through negotiation. If no settlement is reached, the dispute is handled by the District Court of Oulu, Finland.
